Listings & Promotions

Business listings, advertisements, and creative content submitted through the Service must be accurate, lawful, and owned by (or licensed to) the submitter. During any promotional period (including the introductory free advertising window through October 31, 2026), regular ad prices remain displayed for reference; promotional credits reduce your net checkout total.

Prohibited Conduct

No unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity, and no scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of security or verification controls.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, or specific outcomes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue lies in Harris County, Texas.

Ad Legal

The following rules govern advertisements, sponsored placements, and paid layout slots on theBUBFactor.

Paid & Sponsored Placements

Listings displayed within paid layout slots or marked "Sponsored" / "Ad" are paid advertising placements. Placement order within paid layouts reflects the slot the advertiser reserved, not an independent editorial ranking.

Creative Standards

Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their creative, offers, claims, imagery, and contact information. Prohibited categories include deceptive claims, unlicensed regulated services, and content that infringes third-party rights.

Pricing & Promotional Offers

"Regular price" reflects the standard ad price for the applicable layout and slot. During promotional periods (e.g., the free advertising window through October 31, 2026), the regular price and the promotional credit are both shown at checkout so the net amount you pay is clear and unambiguous.

Affiliate & Referral Compensation

Affiliates and sales representatives may earn commissions when a business signs up through their referral link. Where an affiliate promotes a listing, that material connection will be disclosed.

Intellectual Property

theBUBFactor name, logo, and platform content are protected by intellectual-property laws. To report claimed copyright infringement, send a written DMCA notice to legal@thebubfactor.com.

Truth In Advertising

theBUBFactor is committed to advertising practices consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's guidance, including .com Disclosures: How to Make Effective Disclosures in Digital Advertising and the Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255).

Honest Claims

All advertising claims must be truthful, not misleading, and substantiated. Advertisers may not imply endorsement, certification, or affiliation that does not exist.

Reviews & Endorsements

Reviews reflect the experiences of individual customers and are not guarantees of results. When a reviewer received compensation, a free service, or another material connection, that relationship will be disclosed clearly and conspicuously next to the endorsement.

Verification Badges

License, insurance, and identity badges reflect information verified at the time of listing or renewal. Users should independently confirm licenses and insurance for any professional they hire.

Clear & Conspicuous Disclosures

Material terms, conditions, limitations, and paid relationships are disclosed in close proximity to the related claim, in plain language, in a size and contrast intended to be noticed by a reasonable consumer.
